The MEGco data set includes MEG responses in 18 participants to 8 color-calibrated stimuli and the color words “blue” and “green”, as described in the guide . Details of this data set are provided in Rosenthal et al (2020) and Hermann et al (Biorxiv 2020).
The following files are available:
- Intermediates Data - contains the preprocessed MEG data epoched with a time window of -200 – 600 ms.

- anat.zip (2.61 GB) - includes the anatomical ROI data for 14 subjects in the Brainstorm format. These correspond to the MEG data contained under Intermediates Data. These data are required for decoding from ROI sources (see the guides in the pages for the two papers)

- Intermediates Data LongWindow - contains the preprocessed MEG data epoched with a time window of -200 – 1200 ms.
- Raster Format - Scripts for generating the rasterized data can be found in Geometry page
- First Pilot Data (Check Power) - contains data from the first pilot experiment in Brainstorm’s format.
- Second Pilot Data (Task Control Expt) - contains data from the second pilot experiment in Brainstorm’s format.
